Had a bright apartment, which allowed us to enjoy WONDERFUL view of the surrounding mountains. Kitchenette was great and had a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges. Good service, although a few employees were very rude.

a metro station was near hotel. an interesting place for exploring bansko. underground parking on-site was provided. free wifi was very effective.

The rooms and the spa centre were excellent, great value for the money! The staff and the food were great also!
They bothered us about the towels that we picked up from the spa centre and called our room number to remind us that we have to return them the towels in the spa centre! But when the cleaning ladies were cleaning the room they picked up the towels and did not take them back to the spa centre so we had a little misunderstanding witht the representative of the spa centre, which at the end we both resolved it!
